Recruitment

Please e-mail your up to date resume to the IRMS office with copies of any references that you may have.

If current vacancies do not match your professional profile, your resume will be held on file for future reference.

Strict confidentiality is assured

In today's dangerous world, travelling executives and celebrities are common target for harassment from the criminally minded.

All our operatives use the maximum discretion and diplomacy. Discretion and Integrity are our watch words-which in  turn is your guarantee.

TRAINING

Questions to ask yourself:
• Do I want a course to get my SIA license and work in the United Kingdom?
• Do I want value for money and enjoyment?
• Do I want realistic training and equipment?

If the answer is yes to all three, look no further because as your Training provider we will supply:
• Three hot meals a day when not on exercise.
• Clean comfortable accommodation with 24 hour hot water.
• Clothes washing facilities.
• Onsite recreational activities including gym, internet suite, bars, and easy access to local amenities.
• Practical training in metropolitan areas using a wide range of venues.
• Over 60 realistic practical training hours.
• Prestigious exercise vehicles.
• A final practical assessment as close to the real thing as possible.

In addition, as we feel that your personal fitness is your own responsibility, we do not enforce it and at no point will you be assessed on it.

We aim to give you a realistic insight into what to expect when you first deploy as a licensed Close Protection Operative. Therefore we only provide prestigious vehicles for you to use, and our final exercise/assessment (which includes staying in London hotels, theatre visits, shopping trips, restaurants, casinos and other exclusive venues) is with one of our actual clients who has agreed for training purposes, to be your principal. This heightened level of realism also affords us the opportunity to observe you in a working environment, for our own recruitment possibilities.

BTEC Diploma in Close Protection and Security Management

The Team comprises of individuals who together have been training Close Protection Operatives both in the UK and in countries such as the USA, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Egypt, Iraq and Central America.

The team has a varied background with training expertise gained from the Metropolitan Police, H.M. Forces (Special Forces), The Royal Military Police, the Royal Marines and The London Fire Brigade.

The course covers all core competencies including Security Driving, Conflict Management, Communications, Risk & Threat Assessments, and First Aid.

The course is a fully residential, full time training course. We appreciate that attending any training course is time away from working and therefore a loss of income so we have designed the training course over 21 days to give you the opportunity to get back to what you do best as quickly as possible.

The course  includes the training course, bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and your SIA application fee.

First Aid

CP operatives now require First Aid Certificates prior to SIA licensing.
First Aid at Work is a four-day course approved by the Health and Safety Executive. It covers primary and secondary care and the treatment and management of medical emergencies in the work place. The HSE first aid at work (4 Day) fully residential course covers a number of first aid topics including general principals of first aid, legal requirements of first aid, resuscitation and CPR, treating respiration disorders, bandaging and dressing, treating bleeding and wounds, dealing with head injuries, burns, poisoning, environmental injuries and bone and joint injuries. As well as theory based work, candidates will be actively involved in practical work and class activities.
